Mushroom Pasta
*Mushroom Penne Pasta*
Because it's Sunday and is family day, creating a new menu for our table is the best way to celebrate the weekend together.
And so I made this out of my imagination. ? Hahaha
Cost: less than 200 Php for 500g Penne pasta (Royal)
Ingredients:
1.Onions (minced); little amount of oil
2. Chicken Breast (boiled and shredded)
3. Butter/Margarine
4. Mushrooms (any kind, but for this time, I used jolly mushrooms and shiitake)
5. Penne Pasta (Royal)
6. Alaska Evap (small can)
7. Salt, Pepper, dried Basil leaves (to taste)
8. Parmesan Cheese/Ordinary Cheese (grated)
9. Knorr chicken/chicken broth
1.Onions (minced); little amount of oil

8. Parmesan Cheese/Ordinary Cheese (grated)
9. Knorr chicken/chicken broth
Process:
1. Put little amount of oil in the pan and saute onion, chicken and mushrooms. Add salt, pepper, basil leaves and butter. Mix well.
2. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
3. Add evap and little amount of water, knorr chicken/chicken broth. Mix well. Let it boil and taste.
Adjust the taste according to want to want.
4. Add pasta (cooked)and mix well.
5. Add basil leaves/rosemary/parsley and Parmesan cheese for garnish and additional spice/flavor.
6. Serve with love.
