Book Adventures: Tell Me Three Things

This book's tempting me to read the last pages (for the reason that it's romance and I really just want to get the gist and end it 😂) but then again...(for the reason that I feel I could relate) I'll wait for the perfect time to read it. 😁 Welcome to my shelf, Julie Buxbaum! 😍😘

Early this morning, I was woke up by my mother to cook something. Then I decided to do...the vegie style. Hehehe...😁 Costs: More or less Php 200.00 Ingredients: 1. A little of ground pork/meat 2. Broccoli 3. Young Corn 4. Mushroom (this time I used shiitake cos I don't have supplies at home 😂) 5. And hard boiled Quail Eggs 6. Onion 7. Garlic 8.Bell pepper 9. A little of basil leaves 10. Oyster sauce 11. Salt and pepper to taste. Steps? So easy. 1. Sauté onion till it soften and add garlic (mix) 2. Add ground pork (mix with salt, 1/3 knorr pork cubes and pepper) 3. Add mushroom, and young corn (mix til it looks half cooked) 4. Add Broccoli and mix 5. Put a little amount of water to help in steaming 6. Add little amount of oyster sauce 7. Mix and taste. 8. Mushroom Pasta

*Mushroom Penne Pasta* Because it's Sunday and is family day, creating a new menu for our table is the best way to celebrate the weekend together.  :)  And so I made this out of my imagination. ? Hahaha Cost: less than 200 Php for 500g Penne pasta (Royal) Ingredients: 1.Onions (minced); little amount of oil 2. Chicken Breast (boiled and shredded) 3. Butter/Margarine 4. Mushrooms (any kind, but for this time, I used jolly mushrooms and shiitake) 5. Penne Pasta (Royal) 6. Alaska Evap (small can) 7. Salt, Pepper, dried Basil leaves (to taste) 8. Parmesan Cheese/Ordinary Cheese (grated) 9. Knorr chicken/chicken broth Process: 1. Put little amount of oil in the pan and saute onion, chicken and mushrooms. Add salt, pepper, basil leaves and butter. Mix well. 2. Cook for 5-10 minutes. 3. Add evap and little amount of water, knorr chicken/chicken broth. Mix well. Let it boil and taste. It's been 22 years...since I lived this wonderful life God has given to me. Twenty-two years since I started to look for that so called love. And it took me (I guess) twenty-two years to realize that it's just there...Love is everywhere. You can just find Love in everything if you'll look at it with an open heart.
